No matter who is in power, the Islamic crusade will go on. Many people in the U.S. forgot what happen to us five years ago. But no matter what we do, we will not change the current situation. We need to understand that terrorism is here to stay. Sadly, we are starting to see new terrorists rising from the the U.S. citizens. Everybody saw Johny "Taliban", six folks they got in Buffalo, now the one in Illinois, etc. But, i don't want to talk about terrorism. I would like to talk about service to our country and to our defense. It is not easy to see your son and daughter to join the military. We realize that they may not come back. Naturally as a parents we are affraid for them. This is not new. Some of us did it to our parents and were either drafted or joined the military during the Vietnam war. I do believe that many of our soldiers realize why they are in Iraq and Afghanistan. They want our support and we must give it. They do realize that we must defeat terrorism, because if we don't, like it or not terrorism will end up on our shores.
I don't want to speak blindly. Believe me, I don't agree with current tactics we are using in Iraq and Afghanistan. I support unconvetional warfare against all terrorists groups not matter where they are. Harsh mesures should require harsh tactics. We cannot pet terrorist like we do our pets. One thing we must believe is what our soldiers are doing is right and we stand fully behind them. We need to let our kids to make their choice to serve. We should not discourage them.
