A suspected Libyan terrorist who was being held aboard a U.S. warship after being nabbed in Libya is now in New York and expected to appear in court Tuesday, officials said. The Al Qaeda suspect, known as Abu Anas al-Libi, has been under federal indictment in New York for more than a decade. U.S. special operations forces snatched him in Libya Oct. 5. He's expected to stand trial over whether he helped plan and conduct surveillance for the bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa in 1998. www.foxnews.com/world/2013/10/14/libyan-al-qaeda-suspect-brought-to-us-soil/___________________________________________________ I wonder which liberal judge will set him free.
