You're behind the times, Sailor.
I think the term currently in favor is "Climate Disruption."
Academics had to change it when it was pointed out to them that the climate has been in a constant state of change for as long as there's been one.

Global cooling, global warming, climate change, climate disruption ... what's next I wonder?
One thing all four terms have in common ... the eggheads wear their propellor beanies too tight. They still can't get their computer models to work so they need the new term to explain that failure.
