But people do it all the time despite the stories in the news nearly every night of the week of some maniac maybe high on something chemical and definitely high on his own speed thrill splattering himself and/or a bunch of innocents while doing so. "Officer, what do you think was going through his mind as he crashed?" "A chunk of guardrail. It's obvious thoughts weren't." That was from a story told me by a VB cop my daughter was dating for a while. |
