You mean you're not going to just take my word for it? I never knew until very recently that a third building collapsed that day. Building 7 was not hit by a plane and dropped like a rock around 7 hours after the North Tower fell. Here is a former employee of NIST, the agency responsible for explaining how the three buildings fell that day, with some interesting observations and insights. I have a math and physics background and find the material in it quite damning for the official story. It's only 30 minutes. |

I'm not about to waste 30 minutes out of my day watching a video that I probably have watched several times before, I already know what he's claiming.
We witnessed a miracle that day - The miracle was the towers stood for as long as they did after being gutted by the impacts and resulting JP fires allowing hundreds to escape. Those towers didn't fall as a result of an "implosion" as many claim. They fell because gravity was acting on thousands of tons of building resting directly on steel structure weakened by prolonged intense heating. Like iron and steel being worked in a foundry, structural steel weakens and becomes malleable when heated. Place enough force on it and it will bend.
WTC #7 falling was no secret, I watched it live on CNN. Like the twin towers this building was gutted by fires started by the shower of large (multi ton mass) chunks of flaming debris from the aircraft strikes. Part of the fuel for those fires came from the tanks of diesel stored in the building for the city emergency command center backup generators. The same issues that brought WTC #1 and #2 down apply here as well.
I was Navy trained as a shipboard fire fighter, steel warping and bending when heated is a problem we are all trained to look out for as it can deny us access to burning spaces in the interior of our ships. What happened at the WTC that day is no surprise and not the result of an "inside job" despite what your "experts" claim.

The Twin Towers were designed to take the impact of the largest plane of the day, a Boeing 707, which is quite comparable to the 767 in terms of its potential to cause damage. The towers were not gutted; about 5 or so floors in each tower were damaged by the plane strike, with maybe a few floors above and below suffering damage from the ensuing fires. In the case of the North Tower, FEMA stated that only 36 of its 240 perimeter columns were damaged. Given this, it is highly unlikely that the 47 massive core columns that supported 60% of the vertical load were damaged to the point of collapsing. For the sake of argument though, let's say the damage was such that collapse initiation was due to heat and impact damage alone. The towers were built to support 3-5 times their own weight. The perimeter and core-column structure was such that each tower was like a skyscraper within a skyscraper. The steel columns grew thicker the closer to the ground they got. Assume the portion of the building above the damage zone collapsed onto the portion below, and that the upper section consisted of 12 to 17 stories since floors 93-98 were damaged by the plane strike. It is a gross violation of Newton's Third Law that the relatively much smaller upper block of floors was able, by gravity alone, to crush down 93 stories of healthy, cold steel structure below it all the way to the ground in near free fall acceleration through the path of most resistance. Whatever force the upper section of building exerted on the lower section as it collapsed was met with equal and opposite force exerted on it by that which was below it. This means that the sections of building above and below the collapse zone should have mutually destroyed each other until there was nothing left of the upper section and the system came to rest, with roughly 80 stories of building left standing. But it gets worse; measurements made from videos of the North Tower's collapse show that the top edge of the building accelerated downward at about 64% of free fall acceleration as it disappeared into its own cloud of dust and BEFORE there was any collapse initiation or downward movement of the lower section of building. This means during that top section collapse time, it was exerting roughly only 36% of the force on that below it that it would have just sitting there motionless on top of it.
WTC 7 was not gutted; it had scattered office fires and asymmetrical exterior damage at one side of the building from North Tower debris impact. NIST stated that its collapse was not due to explosives or fuel oil fires, but rather from heat produced by office furnishing fires. They worked for years and spent millions of our dollars coming up with a black box computer model. This simulation was supposed to convince us that a "new phenomenon" of progressive collapse caused by the thermal expansion induced failure of a single column at one end of the building on the 13th floor was somehow able to simultaneously and completely remove all structural support of the 58 perimeter and 25 core columns that resulted in the symmetrical collapse that included 2.25 seconds of gravitational free fall. Impossible. Nothing but carefully placed and timed explosives will completely and simultaneously remove all vertical support to allow a very symmetrical collapse that includes over 100 feet of free fall. In August, there will be a peer reviewed study by a forensic structural engineer from University of Alaska, Fairbanks, that will prove just how impossible NIST's absurd and desperate hypothesis is.
In the 120-year history of steel framed buildings, only three have ever collapsed due to fire -- WTCs 1, 2, and 7.

Steel framed and steel reinforced concrete structures have been failing and collapsing due to the effects of high heat over prolonged periods (more than 20 minutes) all along. To say that "only three have ever collapsed due to fire" is dishonest at best, at worst an out right lie.

To say that "only three have ever collapsed due to fire" is dishonest at best, at worst an out right lie. Biased toward the laws of physics, scientific principles, and reasoning. No steel framed buildings before or since 9/11 have collapsed anywhere near so completely, so quickly, and straight down into the path of most resistance from causes determined to be the result of anything other than controlled demolition as did WTCs 1, 2, and 7. I've looked. Please provide an example. Steel framed buildings weakened by fire have slow, slumping, sagging, asymmetrical collapses, if they even collapse at all. Much of the time, they are rebuilt after fires because the steel framing is still sound. On top of Deutsche Bank alone, over 700 bone fragments the size of fingernails and smaller have been found so far. A gravitational collapse alone would not pulverize bodies and laterally eject the fine pieces like that. Explosives must account for the distribution of remains found at the site, as indicated by this map.  This table shows the classifications of remains found, and most notably, the remains NOT found. There were over 1000 victims for whom not even an identifiable DNA sample was found. This could not mean anything else than tremendous explosive forces pulverizing so many victims in such a way.  |
