Latif Mehsud was captured by U.S. forces in a military operation By Patrick Quinn Associated Press KABUL, Afghanistan — The U.S. confirmed on Friday that American troops are holding a senior Pakistani Taliban commander, a blow to the Pakistani Taliban who have waged a decadelong insurgency against Islamabad and were responsible for the failed 2010 attempt to detonate a bomb in New York's Times Square. Captured him? Unless he has some intel making it worthwhile to feed him I'd have recommended shooting the son of a bitch.
