Dale Farris, 65, allegedly fired a 20-gauge shotgun twice at some teens who were toilet-papering their principal's yard as a pre-Halloween prank in Estill Springs, Tenn.

According to the Manchester Times, Farris told police that his wife woke him up in the middle of the night after seeing the teens on the other side of the road.
