I've been here 27 years, and I have NEVER seen winter (yeah, it's winter. I do NOT call this shit "Fall") blow in as hard and brutal as it did a couple of days ago. Temperatures dropped an incredible 40 to 50 degrees in THREE HOURS. It's at times like this that I'm glad I spent a year in Korea. As bad as it was, I know that yes, it CAN get WORSE. Thanks, gentlemen. I'll be all right. Like I told 101, rexbo47.proboards.com/thread/11857/on-ass it will take more than this shit to put me down.

My advice...
Stay off the roads as much as you can.
Hunker in the bunker, fire up the heater or fireplace if you have one, make a huge pot of chili, soup, or jambalaya and ride the sumbitch out.

It's been a crazy year, cooler than normal overall here in Virginia Beach. It's supposed to drop to around freezing tonight.
