My jaw hit the desktop when I first heard her remark. Any thread based on that comment would necessarily (IMHO) HAVE to go under the heading of WTF!!! WTF was she thinking? She tried to walk the comment back but how do you effectively change the meaning of what she said? I don't think you can.
Why did she delay in asking the Governor for National Guard support for her cops?

Got news for you. This might be only the beginning. Summer is coming up. The timing couldn't be worse. It reminds me of the '60's. One more bullshit incident involving a black man and a white police officer, and I have a feeling that what we've seen so far will look like a picnic compared to what's ahead.Seriously. For what it's worth, I agree with you warrior. It's going to be a long, hot summer even if there are no more white cop/black suspect shootings because like we saw in Baltimore, Ferguson and other cities there are a number of people of all skin colors who are only looking for excuses to riot, burn and loot.
Destroying another man's property regardless of his skin color is not a legit protest, neither is kicking the shit out of innocent men and women or shooting babies. One incident is too many.
Off topic for a second, I hope James Holmes is not successful with his "insanity" plea. He is one we are well off removing from the gene pool.
