I ask because he's the only GOP candidate who won't rule out a third party run in he doesn't get the nomination (which he wont).
If he goes third party, he'll split off enough GOP votes and throw the election to the Dems, ala Ross Perot in 1992.
I'm sure Hillary will cheer him on.

101, in all due honesty, I think that both the GOP and Hillary are the last things on Donald Trump's mind.
I think that Trump is only concerned with TRUMP.
LISTEN to the man. When he talks, the primary word is "I".
An example? I'll give you one among many, from just last night.
His claim that the entire conversation about immigration started around HIM, as if he was the first one to say anything about the issue.
“So, if it weren’t for me, you wouldn’t even be talking about illegal immigration, Chris. You wouldn’t even be talking about it. This was not a subject that was on anybody’s mind until I brought it up at my announcement,” Trump said at Thursday’s main Republican presidential debate in Cleveland in response to a question from Fox’s Chris Wallace.
“And I said, ‘Mexico is sending.’ Except the reporters, because they’re a very dishonest lot, generally speaking, in the world of politics, they didn’t cover my statement the way I said it. The fact is since then many killings, murders, crime, drugs pouring across the border, our money going out and the drugs coming in. And I said, ‘We need to build a wall. And it has to be built quickly. And I don’t mind having a big beautiful door in that wall so that people can come into this country legally.”
It's all about TRUMP.
And that's the thing, you see. There's things about the man I don't like, but there's things I DO like as well.
But can he get past his ego?
I tell you, 101, it's going to be the most interestng election that we've had in a LONG time, if not our entire lifetimes.

Hi guys!
I voted for Ross Perot.... Won't make that mistake again.
While I absolutely love watching Trump call politicians incompetent clowns, somewhere along the line he has to show he has some statesmanship. The debate was a great opportunity to at least mix a little bit of that in. His performance soured me on him a little bit.
But I gotta tell you guys... By far the smartest guy on the stage was Ben Carson.
A brilliant logical thinker, and with a demeanor that makes me think he would be cool under fire. Surrounded by a first class cabinet, and advisers I think the guy might make a great President..... IMHO of course.
His closing statement was the highlight of the debate. He managed to insult the political class, like Trump does, in a much more eloquent way.

(At least, in terms occupying it.) Our loss, you know?

He managed to insult the political class, like Trump does, in a much more eloquent way. While I liked Perot initially the deeper I looked the less I liked, this before the claims of threats against his daughter. Bush was supposed to be a sure winner of a 2nd term so the Dems ran a sacrificial lamb, Bill Clinton, but then Bush started saying things that ate into his polling and that encouraged Perot. When Perot started his 3rd party run he took enough Republican votes with him to allow the dark horse (Clinton) to win. If Trump goes 3rd party whoever the Dems run could win for the same reasons, especially if the rest of the Repubs go full fratricide on each other prior to the convention. Dr Carson didn't get much of a chance to talk but when he did he impressed. Carly did well too, she bears watching I think.
