Yup, and he's started attacking Cruz in response to the polls. Nothing heavy yet though (heavy by Trump standards.)
I'd prefer a governor as the Repub candidate over Trump or any Senator. I think I've had enough of Senator's in the White House for a while.

Cruz stated in the last debate he would consider working with Assad for a solution in Syria. Their can be no solution for Syria which considers Assad. He doesn't control much of the country and won't have any power to control it anytime soon. That and his use of chemical weapons against his own people should dissuade us from working with him.
Still pulling for Rubio or Christie.
