Too bad for Hillary that McManus is only voicing an opinion, one that's based on the same information you and I have access to and not the actual investigative record. The FBI is still investigating and is scheduling interviews with Hillary and some of her closest aides in the near future. This tells me that no conclusions have yet been reached, the case remains open and no recommendations have been sent to the Attorney General.
McManus jumped the gun. That said, unless the results of the investigation are made public in total, nothing held back many are going to say "the fix is in" and that this Administration had no intention of allowing an indictment.
Oh, BTW Hillary and the others had better be 100% truthful during these interviews because lying to the FBI in the course of an investigation is a felony as Martha Stewart and Scooter Libby found out the hard way. Neither of them was jailed for anything turned up during the investigation but for being less than 100% truthful in talking to the FBI.

Not a badly written article but a few notes. Clinton keeps claiming her that none of her e-mails were marked with classifications and so she had no knowledge they were classified. As the article noted at least 22 were classified top secret and as we now know several of them came from special access programs. There is absolutely no way that information found its way to Clintons server by accidental clicking of buttons. Either Clinton knew they were classified and didn't care, or her aids went through the process to taking the information off of classified systems, removed the markings, and sent them to her. Either way doesn't look good for her or her staff. Someone needs to be prosecuted for this.

I don't think there will be a prosecution DD, the decision will be political. AG Lynch will use the excuse that FBI director Comey is a Republican (never mind that he is an Obama appointee) and that the "FBI persecution" of Clinton is politically based.
Methinks the old fixeroo is in.
