FBI interviews Hillary Clinton about her email

FBI agents interviewed Hillary Clinton for 3½ hours Saturday morning — a signal that the investigation into her use of a private email account while she was secretary of state is drawing to a close.

Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said in a statement Saturday that Clinton “gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary,” and added, “She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion.”

Asked if the interview was businesslike and civil, Clinton told MSNBC that it was “both.”

Comey has a track record of letting Bill and Hill slide so I guess we shouldn't be surprised. But the way he laid out the findings of the investigation has me wondering if this wasn't some kind of "payback" for veiled or not-so veiled threats.

"If you don't recommend indictment you don't get found in Fort Marcy Park with a "self inflicted" gunshot wound to the back of the head."

I surmise that if Clinton loses the election the next Pres would replace Lynch with someone (Guliani perhaps) who would be willing to indict. In any event I believe that win or lose Obama will sign off on blanket pardons for both Clintons and anyone else in his administration who could be prosecuted.
