I dunknow bro. Kim is saying he intends to launch 4 test missiles to the area around Guam, within 30km of the island. As accurate as those POS rockets of his are he'll be lucky to miss the island if he goes through with it. AND the missiles would have to pass over Hiroshima Prefecture in Japan on the way out so the Japanese are saying "that ain't gonna happen."
Maybe Trump should warn Moscow and Beijing that HIS policy if confronted with a potentially hostile nuclear missile launch at any US territory or any of our allies is "Launch on Warning," i.e. he won't wait to see if the "warhead" is a dummy or not.
Kimmy may not know what that means (Launch on Warning) but both the Russians and Chinese do.

I don't know if it was Trump's "fire and brimstone" (paraphrased) or Mattis' "it'll be game on" statements that did it, or if some sense got through to his steroid enraged brain but whatever, Kimmie has backed away for now.
I like the way Mattis put it, I can see the ghosts of 'Chesty' Puller and Patton nodding in approval.
