Hello 101 and Cheers to you too!!!
Yes, politics has gotten even more interesting than I ever could have believed.
Who woulda thunk it that our generation would become embroiled in a new kind of war - a war of propaganda that threatens to turn the great American experiment into an entity that exists only in our minds and destroy everything about it that we all hold so dear?
Today, DJT has taken on the Civil Rights sacred cows who ascended to power and have coasted on its rhetoric and promises for several generations now.
Except, their longterm tolerance for allowing the cities that they purport to govern fall into wrack, rats and ruin is finally being called into question, and their teary volcanic meltdowns are evidence that they know it's time to fess up or shut up in that regard.
Just last night the local Philly news showed a neighborhood overcome by a rat infestation. The powers that be have deposited traps all over the lawns that cameras show the rats gleefully jumping over to escape. Too funny. We've also seen the videos of similar messes in B-More, that even Bernie Sanders has criticized. And let's not forget Chicago from which the self-righteous O's ascended. Not even 8 years in the WH has improved that place, though God forbid, anyone should remind them.
And this week, it’s the usual tearing off and spilling of pearls by the lefty loons who are trying to drive DJT outta office by any means necessary or, at this point, imaginary. Problem is, he’s the one inflicting the enema with the predictable screams resulting far and wide. Meanwhile, Boris Johnson, who's in for the same treatment for trying to save the UK from the New World Order's meretricious machinations, is being called the “ruination” of Europe, when what they mean is the end of the EU and I say, it’s about time.
Problem as to DJT being run outta Dodge is that nobody, not even the people on our side, probably because they had become so entrenched by a politics that essentially ignored and took the voters for granted, has asked how our votes could be influenced by anyone but ourselves having made up our own minds to make a paradigm change in DC at long last.
They all sound like Prince Charles who trashed Diana as mentally ill and/or wholly influenced by others, else why would she give up all that she had with him? Like Establishment DC and the DNC propagandists of the "news", he was so addled by his own b-s, that he could not conceive of her slipping from his control, and probably has no respect for her right or ability to do that even long after her death.
Same phenomenon is evident here. A favorite JFK quote is “the only thing certain in politics is one’s inevitable defeat.” Well the Ds and Establishment DC finally lost control of the public’s mind and of the process that would and did eliminate them from power. And, as plays out every night in the Beltway media, the Swamp is so overwrought with grief and disappointment thereby, that it may take the GOP winning the presidency into the 2030’s for them to wake up again and fly right.
That is, if the system works to bring the Obama administration and the DC Swamp to account and justice for a coup attempt that essentially declared war on our Democratic Republic and will of the American people.
We must insist that this travesty be fully addressed and punished - America's descendants deserve no less. Again, this is not a war of military, but of economic aggression against the middle and working classes of the West. MLK was an economic justice warrior who recognized that people are a lot nicer to each other when their bellies and wallets are full. Why his apostles on the left are fighting so hard against us in that struggle shows that they are the enemies of their constituents and not their friends.
Great to see you, 101 and Best wishes to you and all at the Outpost for a great Sunday and week ahead!
P. :-)
