In Conneticut a serial killer awaits to be killed by lethal injection after refusing any more appeals he could file.
This man is responsible for 8 murders of women, many of whom were raped in the late 1980's. When asked about his decision to not appeal and live for many more years he answered that the families of his victims had suffered enough.
He wishes to pay the price for his crime. Of course he went under psycological review because you have to be sane for us to kill ya. Two quacks testified that he was mentally incompitant. Stating that he has a personality complex that forces him to face the death penalty and avoid looking cowardly.
Riiggghhhttt. So where was this personality complex for the last 18 years this slime has been on death row? Lucklily two responsible psycologists said that he was genuinly remorseful.
I also have to be a bit amused at the appeal his father made. Stating that his son's execution could start a wave of death row inmates to do the same.
