John Fifth column Kerry has stated that he has signed his 180. And a great joy passed over the land of conservatives, not to mention all Vietnam vets, right?
Ohhhh, not so fast. It seems Kerry stalled for a reason. And this newest move of his is truely slick.
To really get the information to the public, and quelch all the SwiftVet acusations, Kerry should have designated a PUBLIC SOURCE to receive and publish the records, like the Boston Globe, for example.
Here's the catch. The records that we all want are not with the Navy and his constant references to records the Navy released to him or his campaign were a dodge. His military personnel records, the ones we want to see, are in the custody of the National Personnel Records Center.
Here's the deal
There is absolutely NO LEGITIMATE OR REQUIRED REASON whatsoever for passing the SF 180 to, and it's returned fruits through, the Navy. The Navy will still be constrained by privacy laws concerning any personnel recores in it's custody, regarless of how thoese records came to the Navy. When the Navy gets these records, Kerry's lawyers will be all over them and the Navy will be unable to release anything unless KERRY PERSONALLY AND IN WRITING, releases the Navy from their obligation under the Privacy Laws to protect his personnel records. Remember, Secretary of the Navy William Middendorf (1974-1977) was unable to tell publicly what he knew about Kerry's not-so-honorable discharge because he faced criminal penalties under the Privacy Laws if he did so.
So boys, when Kerry says his staff is reviewing the SF180 and it will be processed, Kerry has stalled until he has found a loop hole to keep America to know the truth. The truth that he is a traitor, a liar, and consorted with the enemy and should be holding down a cell cot, not a Senate seat.
We must work to do everything we can to un-seat Mr. Kerry in the next election. Perhaps then he can take a vacation away from Teh-re-suh and go to sunny Indochina with Jane Fonda.
