We're talking about this CHurchill character, not a eco-terror group. I've read up on ELF in the past, and yes, their actions certainly do incriminate them. However, what has Churchill done besides be a raging asshole? Again, it's the attention he gets from the media, the talking head pundits, and average Joe Americans who absorb that crap like a sponge that keeps this guy in business.

Mateo before ELF was an eco-terrorist organization it was an idea. When I first heard about it I was incredulous that anyone would have anything to do with them. Well guess what, they are now a real problem.


You may consider the ideas being espoused by Churchill as harmless I do not. Get a dictionary and look up sedition, then tell me he is not a traitor to his country by his very words.

What I want is for him to be held responsible for what he is advocating. For crying out loud the man is encouraging enlisted personal to murder their officers. How it is you are not able to understand that not all speech is protected, and never has been is beyond me. It speaks to my mind anyway very poorly of your education and understanding of the principles this nation is founded on. That more than Churchill or anything else scares me most of all. You don't actually have a real understanding of what the nation is all about. In effect you are brainwashed into thinking someone can advocate armed insurrection and that it is protected speech. The truth is Mateo it is not and never has been. As the population is dumbed down by a failed education, we get well meaning fools like you who think it is, and who don't have the wherewithal to recognize the danger that it presents.

PS I was serious about you writing me an essay as to just exactly why you think I am wrong. Instead of these shallow back and fourths. Please take me up on my offer I will take what you think seriously and will respond in a serious manner.

I'm sticking by my previous reply. Ward Churchill thrives on the attention he gets from the media. Without that, people would completely ignore him. Where do you propose we stop, as far as eliminating people whose ideas don't jive with the collective idea of patriotism?

Yes, language can be sedition...if it leads to a specific act of rebellion of subversive act affecting others. So far, I haven't seen anyone getting killed as a result of Ward Churchill's ranting and raving. KNow why? Most people realize that he's an asshole.
