It makes sense that GW knew nothing of the Dubai Ports World contract until after the fact. But every time it appears that GW is just about get out from under the Democratic Thumb, something like this happens.

It makes me sad to think of how dysfunctional are government has become. It does not appear that this cycle of "oneupmanship" will end even after 2008.
