Looks like this is a good refuge point from the THC. Ive been posting there for about 3 years and am pretty sick of the same arguments over and over. Looking forward to some good debate here without the THC moderators randomly zapping quality posts because some moonbat decided he didnt like being refuted so he hit the "advise" button.

It has been a while. How bad are things on the THC? Have the far Left Neo-Libs completely taken over?
Has anyone put the fork in the Grump or stiffled the Buzz?

Welcome aboard DD. I think you'll find this a good place to "decompress" after beating the krap out of Chis and Gwyn.

Glad to see ya DD.
You get bored of beating up on Chiswick? Funny that he's been quiet these past few weeks now that the insurgents are attacking no one but innocent Iraqis...
See ya 'round

Welcome, Glad you made it over. Feel free to reach back and drag the "disloyal opposition" over, if you can. Keeps us from eating each other. Fresh blood...MMMMM! Tasty!

You should see some of the crackpot stuff that ESB and his boys are putting up. Right now there are a couple of guys trying to convince everyone that the US unemployment rate is 25%
I wish those guys would read one ECON101 textbook before they just blindly post articles from their crackpot economists.

You can't convince any semi literate adult in the United States that unemployment is 25%. All they are doing is revealing just how out of touch with reality they are.

Awe shucks...just redefine the term and you can make it any rate you want it to be. "In business terminology..." blah, blah, blah... I notice they haven't made any real effort to weight European unemployment. They just say that we do things differently than they do and then count everyone who isn't earning a paycheck regardless of the reason. You know that isn't the way it's done over there either. It's even less comparable than official stats when they pull that crap.
