Well I've only been upon these threads for a few minutes and see I've much to learn about the others gathered here. Always seems strange at first but will get up steam soon.
I swing neither left or right, don't like labels much. I gues you'd say I am a bet hedger and fence post of sorts, (don't really always sit the fence but am quick to jump up and support the 'good' side,whichever I judge that to be.) I believe that opinions are the only source of true knowledge, once I've digested them thuroughly, which often takes much time and study. As a result I am often slow in responding.
I am in search for reasons to consider my ideals, philosophy, and beliefs wrong. Every now and then exactly that happens.
I hope to enjoy the fields of opinion and hopefully will be able to plant a few of my own soon.

Hey..thanks for the welcome. I picked up the link on a thread on,
...gulp, swallows hard, HOC at THC. I'm using the same handle here as there so as to make mine self trackable to those that might follow. Haven't much time today, but will try to orient mineself before spilling my diatribe around these threads. I will stand by the standards, or with them as is requested and try to endoctrinate mineself to the 'feel' of things in the next few visits. Once again, thanks for the welcome.

Welcome Nicho, Threadkiller here. TWilly comes around now and again. We have had some problems with trolls in the past, but it's always nice to have recovering THC alumni.

Like Sailor said, most of us met on THC. Most of us are veterans and a few have sons who have served or are serving in the military. Yea, a few of us have had and have loved ones in this war.
Many use this forum to vent after banging their heads against the nonsense the is the THC.

I still need more time to peek around here but I'm sure I'll land on something before long.
