I cannot tell a lie...before being a claims adjuster I worked in the service dept of Honda dealership...Their minivans are based on the Accord chassis. I'd look into the smaller SUVs too, CR-V, Jeep Liberty, etc. I saw one Dodge is coming out with in '07 that's based on the liberty. I can't remember the name but it looks very cool...for a grocery getter. :-)
You can also look in a book store for the Consumer Reports auto buyers guide. It rates all makes and models using a simple system and you can get a feel for the reliability of the different makes/models before you buy. That's how I settled on my '93 civic...now it's someone elses civic.
