Be nice, bb. But I'm not too upset. I've never been a die-hard baseball fan, but a fan nonetheless. Later.

Be nice, bb. But I'm not too upset. I've never been a die-hard baseball fan, but a fan nonetheless. Later. Hey, I'm always nice . The boobs at ESPN were falling over themselves when the Yanks beat the Red Sox with a 2 run homer by A-Rod in the 9th yesterday. I thought today would show how silly it is to get caught up in the first game of a 3 or 4 game series. But man, 17-1. That's gotta either deflat the Yanks in the next 2 games, or pump them up to rebound. But one thing is for certain. George Stinbrenner (SP?) is no doubt very PISSED off right now. ;D

First off, the starter for the Yankees today (Tim Redding) was called up from Triple-A to pitch against the Sox. I was fully expecting them to get their asses handed to them. Just not 17-1....

The last time the Red Sox beat them 17-1, they went 1-9 their next 10 games. Food for thought

Haha, I knew this would ruffle a few feathers. The Yanks have a Triple-A team? Get out a here, I thought they constantly just pick players off other teams with there billion dollar contracts . I do remember Redding though. He was like the number 5 starter with the Astros last year, signed with the Padres in the offseason, did lousy and was recently traded to the Yanks. Can't put it all on him though, only 1 run scored? Don't feel too bad though James. The Yanks won today so now they have won 2 out of three from the Red Sox . This leaves the Yanks only 11/2 games back from leading their division yet again.

Ramirez is good at the plate, but majorly sucks in the outfield. Has any other player made so many blooper reels as him?
