The greatest receiver of all time has hung up his cleats for the last time after he learned he'd be no more than the 4th receiver for the Denver Broncos.
Rice retires holding 38 NFL records earned in a 20 year career. Rice has been a class act throughout most of his career, not being the flashy, controversial receiver that we find leading the NFL today. His retiring is the sad end to one of and perhaps the greatest stories of the game.
