David Carr just received a three year contract extension with the Texans.
The Texans have the number one pick in the upcoming draft and many have speculated that Texas Longhorns QB Vince Young, who happens to be a Houston native, would be the top pick. Now with the Texans extending Carr speculation will go to Reggie Bush the RB out of USC.
This doesn't make sense to me. Young's going to be a NFL star, and the fact that he brought a national tittle to Texas would guarantee a rabid fan following if the Texans drafted him. Why in the world would they stick with a guy who hasn't got them one single winning season in 4 years?
