Ahhhh yes...

Every time I see that I know that the future is already cast.

A BRP is something people generate when they want to do some shit that will be completely unpopular and they need plausible denyability.

THey bring in a bunch of supposed experts, tell them what they want to do, the BRP retires to the bar and when the whole thing is over, the report suggests whatever they were told to suggest to begin with.


Then, when they make unpopular decisions, the powers that be can say, "Hey, it wasn't MY IDEA. The BRP suggested it and I am simply following their lead."

Yeah... what a crock.
