It seems that a Brownsville, Texas judge really understands our laws. He has been incarcerating illegals that are brought before his bench instead of letting them go with just a notice "to appear" at a later date. 88% of illegals released never appear but only melt into our society. Since Texas has an agreement between city, county, state and federal agencies to house criminals, if there is no room at the INS detention centers, then the illegals are housed in county jails until their return trip to Mexico at which time they are put on a plane and taken to the far interior of Mexico and released. The planes hold 120 passengers and there are one-two leaving every day. And here is the beauty part of it all; Judge Felix Recio is a Hispanic.

Now all we need to do is to install mines on the border to put a halt to the illegal invasion.

I'm surprised the percentage of illegals not showing up for court isn't higher. We need more judges like this to help us take back America for Americans.

I'm surprised the percentage of illegals not showing up for court isn't higher. We need more judges like this to help us take back America for Americans. The misguided stance taken by many (most) of our politicals is that they will lose votes by taking a hard stand on illegal immigration. Wrong!!!! They just look like the self serving morons they are. Tom Tancrede (R) CO., has taken just a stand AGAINST illegals. He has been hit with "you're just a bigot" except he has a half Hispanic grandchild. Whoops! The critics were wrong there so they quite dishing that one out. And what does the rest of the nation think of Tancrede's stance? Over half his campaign funds came from out of his state. Sensible people, from all over our nation, realize that this is the one greatest threat to our nation. Just ask BP (a Border Patrol agent in AZ) on this history channel. He'll tell you. Tancredo also realizes that most of the Hispanics in America who have come legally or who are like the Tejanos in Texas, DO NOT WANT THE ILLEGALS HERE.

It's good to know there's at least one judge who gets it.
What do you think, Supreme Court Candidate?

Hey, no!! I am all for his running for President. Actually I think he'd be more effective either on the USSC or the DC Circuit.
