sfcdouble, Interesting progression of medical science. It leads to the question of why do they even bother with embryonic stem cells? The only answer I can come up with is ----"money". There's big dollars to be made with stem cells even if they don't work. One other thing: They are using baby parts in a lot of the medicines they are injecting into people. Medical Science is trying to sound like politicians. Lets attach pork to this or that bill which has nothing to do with the bill itself. As you all said correctly, if stem cell project is approved as it is, it would make abortion profitable. this would put another blow to the moral values which many people are trying to preserve.
