Is anyone into military science fiction books?I find them incredibly interesting.John Ringo's The Legacy of the Aldenata series is incredible. I also am hoping to read Starship Troopers sometime soon. Oh and if you dont know what military sci-fi is look here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_Science_Fiction , that gives a pretty good description.I like how most of the writers are true conservatives, and have experience in either combat or a branch of the military.

I read Starship Troopers back in the 7th grade. Other than that, never really thought it was a genre. Something to look into though.

I'm into it to a point. I've read some of David Drake's "Hammer's Slammers" stories and have read most of Keith Laumer's BOLO series. The "There will be War" series is good stuff. And "Starship Troopers" is an old favorite.
