Pasta and Spinach in a creamy Gorgonzola Cheese
Ingredient List
1 lb. box Farfalle Pasta 1/2 lb package Fresh Baby Spinach (only use Fresh) 3/4 lb Fresh Gorgonzola Creamy Imported cheese 1 Large Fresh Red Pepper split and charcoal roasted cool cut into strips and into pieces. 1/4 lb. Fresh Spicy Italian Capocollo Ham thin slices and cut into small pieces. Small Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil Slivered Parmigiano Reggiano Slivered Pinolli Nuts
In a large cast iron frying pan, melt butter into enough olive oil to well coat the pan’s bottom over a very low heat. Add Capocollo Ham and Red Pepper pieces--simmer to meld flavors before melting the gorgonzola cheese in and mix as the cheese melts add in heavy cream to liquefy and desired sauce thickness Well drain Farfalle pasta after boiling to instructions.
Add Fresh Spinach to warn pasta and mix together.
Cover the pasta and spinach with gorgonzola cheese sauce add cracked white pepper. Served top with fresh charcoal broiled slices of boneless chicken breast. Sever with asparagus or broccoli
Recommended to add Slivered Parmigiano Reggiano and Slivered Pinolli Nuts to warm pasta.
