Mix the following together until creamy before guests arrive ~ Chill as required
Half Gallon Premium Old Fashion Vanilla Ice Cream Soften
1-1/2 Lbs. Butter
1-1/2 Lb. Powered Sugar
1-1/2 Lb. Brown Sugar
3 level Tablespoon fresh grated Cinnamon, or to taste
3 level Tablespoon fresh grated Nutmeg, or to taste
Fill favorite Extra Large Coffee mug with the following
2-3 heaping Tablespoons Ice Cream Mixture
Add a hardy Jigger of either 2 Ozs Captain Morgan’s Spice Rum or 1-1/2 Oz Meyers Dark Rum
Fill Cup with boiling water and mix
This recipe is for a big party. Make smaller amounts using the above proportionally, or this can be made and used over the entire Holiday Week or longer by keeping it refrigerated

Sounds great, Remey, thank you! Question, though, how do you mix the ice cream and the butter together? Whip it up with a mixer, blender?

Mrs. Remey uses a Kitchen Aid 600 Series Mixer with wire mixing fixture after both butter and ice cream soften.
