1. glass not plastic jar.
2. Olive oil 3. Fresh Tarragon 4. Fresh Oregano 5. Two or Three Garlic Cloves 6. Fresh Parsley
Place in the glass jar pealed garlic cloves, fresh tarragon, oregano, finely chopped parsley and fill the jar with olive oil. Use it after three days. Oil will add flavor to almost any food you cook.

That sounds like a good combination. During the summer, when I have fresh rosemary and basil in the garden, I'll fill a bottle of olive oil with both of them and some salt. I use it for seasoning and for serving with italian bread for dipping.

We had it in Italy. It was great. Dipping oil. Great stuff. I wish I had time for garden. That will have to wait until retirement.
