Sweet Potato Pie
3-4 cooked Sweet Potatoes
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cups Eagle Brand cond. milk
1 cup milk (add until potatoes have smooth texture)
Mix ingredients. until smooth (2.-3 minutes) . Cook in pie shell 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
