It's from the census bureau.
It's by ethnicity without regard to immigration status, although you can bet that a lot of illegals avoided being counted.

My home town in SE Pennsylvania was named in USSR Today as the highest 10 yr influx of latinos (1175%)
ESL must be pretty big down there now

Notice even they steer clear of Utah. Salt Lake is the cleanest city I have ever seen, but the scenery is dismal and the weather is harsh.
Are they including Florida in their bid for reconquesta? It sure looks that way.

It sure looks that way. jfree, I'm not sure the Utah data is valid. I used to work there and I can tell you for sure that there are a shit-load of illegals there. They also have a HUGE meth problem - a HUGE ONE! Salt Lake City is all together different than I thought. They DO HAVE their holy rollers, no question. However, they are being inundated with problems too. I'm just saying I'd be surprised if the Utah data was totally accurate.
