The owner of that joint shoukd been deported. More incidences like that may lead to hunt for the illegal immigrants by the people who had enough of the pro-immigration BS.

Deported? The owner is an American citizen. Now we're in the business of deporting citizens? I certainly think it is disrespectful to improperly display the American flag, especially in a perceived position of subordination to another national flag, but there are more serious issues to worry about. The incident is a reflection of on-going causes, not a cause in itself.

There is a difference between freedom of speech and stupidity. Anybody who disgrace anyway shape of form the American flag need to be dealt with.

There's a reason why "stupidity" has never been implemented as a legal or political concept -- it's vague and subjective. That's hardly the basis upon which to predicate policy. I'm certain that in some circles its "stupid" to lose sleep over an issue as minor as raising one flag above another in an unofficial display. "Need to be dealt with"? Yeah, deporting all citizens that petard believes to be "stupid" is sound policy.  |
