Little Bushmaster carbine. Nice little rifle. Looking forward to being able to play with it some more when I go home again.
But, the thing that struck me when I walked in the door of the gunstore was the business they were doing. The counter that has the rifles and pistols is about 30 feet long. Another 30 foot counter handles the shotguns and muzzle loaders.
The counter for rifles and pistols was full of people literally shoulder to shoulder and stacked 3 and 4 deep. It was damn near a contact sport just to get to the counter and get a salesman.
Next time I am home I am taking Mrs Twofoot shopping so she can get a new pistol for carry. Hoping she picks out this sweet little Kimber I was looking at last week. But, whatever she picks is fine with me.
Guess Obama really is the gun salesman of the year.
