If you havent heard of it, it is a late night radio talk show that deals mostly with the supernatural(ufo's, bigfoot, ghosts , all that jazz) and conspiracy theories(help! the black helicopters are after me! ;D). Whether you believe an of it or not it's pretty good entertainment listening to the nuts that call in.....or are guests. It goes from 12 to 6am eastern, first hour is the previous night's final hour. So it's a good deal more accessible for the left coast but it has my seal of approval.

I used to pick this up when I was on the road late nights commuting up from San Diego.
It was formerly hosted by Art Bell, who has since been abducted by aliens, I think.

I used to listen to Art Bell when it was West Coast AM, covering 13 states, and the format was no guests, caller driven talk about any subject at all. Callers got 3 minutes to say whatever they wanted, and the only rule was no reading prepared speeches. That was the mid to late 80's. I was a regular caller and once he got to know people, he would sometimes do a "panel" discussion with a conference call with several callers at a time. When someone he knew was on the line, he might ask for certian others by name to call in or just take the next few callers who agreed to join the panel. I was on panels on AIDS, gun control, and illegal immigration in 1987.
I quit my job in the fall of '87, bought a Harley, and and cruised the coast and southwest for a year and a half, blowing my savings and what would have been the start of my retirement portfolio, before I settled down back in San Diego, and didn't listen to the show again until I worked the night shift in '95-'97 and by then it had evolved into pretty much what it is today. I still listen now and then if I am up late (usually driving). It hasn't changed much since he handed it over to George Noory a few years ago.
Art Bell took his millions and moved to the Filipines where his wife is from, BTW.
