Wind generator fields are becoming a big business in Oklahoma. We have several fields currently in production with the equipment on order to build three more fields. My company is negotiating service contracts to rewind the generators.

Driving through Pennsylvania you can't help but notice the two fields near the turnpike around Somerset. On the way home to VA we had 50 knot winds out of the west. I was under the impression that winds that high were too high, but only a couple of turbines had their blades feathered. There has to be a bad joke somewhere in that line. ;D Sorry man (but not much  ) |
