Well today's the day for binge drinking and lots o nachos, oh and a football game is going to be played as well. I'm actually excited about this matchup. Like last years matchup with the Cards and Steelers this game will not be a runaway for either team and unlike last year this is going to be an offensive storm of a game. I think as a country folks are a bit divided as they would like to see Peyton solidify his legacy in the NFL with another SB win, but more and more people would like to see the perennial hapless Saints do what was always thought impossible for their team and win a SB. That and the emotional factor that they do represent a city that suffered so horribly from hurricane Katrina 5 years ago. For me, I like to see the Saints win if only to spite the Colts for being so gutless in resting their starters against the Jets in week 16 of the regular season. In my head though, I think it will be the Colts in this one. They simply will not turn the ball over like the Saints opponants have done this year and with that the Colts offense will carry them past the Saints. -BB

And the New Orleans Saints are the NFL champions for the first time in their 43 year history.
Great game.

It was a great game, much closer than the final indicates.
The commercials weren't as good as previous years.
You can tell ad budgets are depressed.
