What are you having?
I'm planning on cutting up a couple of legs of lamb, marinating them in a mixture of red wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary.......hmm maybe something else, not sure yet.
Easter they're gonna be skewered and placed on the grill.
Still debating on the side dishes...artichokes...asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and roasted..............risotto. hmmmm
Dessert is going to be a sort of Lemon Tiramisu.
Lady fingers soaked with Limoncello and layered with a lemon pastry cream and topped with whipped cream.

I'm sure it will br grand although lamb isn't my favorite.
We're down in the SoCal high desert and wll be having ham and all the fixin's with Mrs 101s family.
One of the things I look forward to is the breakfast their church puts on ofter sunrise service, the guy who cooks makes some of the best biscuits and gravy on earth.
