M1952 Mannlicher-Schoenauer Kal. 30-06 Considered by many to be the finest hunting rifle of it's day. I've wanted one since I was a kid. More info on them here: mannlicherschoenauer.com/home.htmA few light dings on the stock but the bore and blueing are flawless. It's wearing a Leupold M-8 4x scope in a Griffin & Howe removable mount. Can't wait to sight in and shoot.

With any luck at all, I'll get up to the range tomorrow.
Should be a shooter!

Mighty fine rifle, enjoy to the fullest. Thanks! I still haven't fired it. I keep having other distractions tugging at my free time. Wish the range wasn't so far away.

Out here in God's country we just have to tack a target to a tree and blaze away. It is a little hard on the tree though.
