Well Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III were taken 1 and 2 as expected. I think it's going to be great watching those two next year.
I'm also pleased with the Packers draft. They got a lineman from USC they think they can convert to a linebacker for the 3-4 defense and have him run opposite Clay Matthews. I hope there right because that alone will solve so many problems Green Bay had last year.
The other picks, a defensive lineman to plug the hole, and yet another corner for a team that is deep in that talent may or may not pan out. I'll wait and see, but it'll be good to see. I wonder if the CB is really to be groomed to be a safety since we just let Nick Collins go.
The only other note I'll say for the draft is the Broncos clearly understand Peyton is a short term solution, as they drafted the QB from Arizona St apparently to sit the bench for a few years, learn the game and take over when Peyton calls it quits. We'll see how that works out for them.
Any other thoughts?

Here's hoping his presence will do for that team what Donovan McNabb's couldn't. Arethusa

Although it must be bitter to realize you're on the downward swing of your career. As for the Packers, we used our last two picks on offense, getting a tackle and a qb. Both had injury issues their senior year which caused them to drop in the draft. Smart move IMHO, either they bounce back from the injury and we get a solid player and back up qb, or they get cut, no fuss, no muss. -DD
