Theists vs Atheists State of the Debate

This post is going to be a work in progress.

In pop-culture it would appear the atheists have the upper hand in the debate between themselves and theists. On an academic level it would appear the theists have the upper hand. Something that might feel counter-intuitive to those only aware of the debate via pop-culture sources.

Possible reasons for the current appearance of the ongoing debate. In part seems to have been pop-culture atheist warriors such as, Dawkins, Hitchens, Dennett, Harris, etc, realization that "Religion" or a belief in god in general wasn't, and isn't going to slowly dye off of it's own accord as the masses become better educated.

That's it for now. More to come, it's a small start, but right now the washing machine is awaiting my clothing.

Good Morning, Cam,

This morning, while doing my routine thread surfing here at The Outpost, I spotted this one and remembered that, while TV channel surfing during the Yankees' game last night, I noticed that Madeline Murray O'Hare's son, now a Christian, was to be interviewed on Fox's Huckabee Show.

Well hello there. Thank you for the link. Will check it out. Sort of lost track of this post my self. Had an idea for a rather long and detailed post then lost my inspiration. Hopefully this will help, thank you. The laundry came out nice and clean. lol
