These pancakes are made from grinded raw potatoes. One of the best tool I found was kitchen Ninja which is far better than ordinary blender.
8 medium peeled potaotes, 1 large onion fresh garlic broth two eggs 2 table spoons of flour Bread crumbs Salt and pepper Majoram Olive oil
Process - Grind potaoes (very fine). Place potoes into kitchen cloth towel and put it into the strainer. Drain all the water. Grind fine onion and garlic. Place grind potatoes, onion, and garlic into a bowl. Add two eggs, flour, broth, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and majoram. Mix until the texture resembles pancake mix. Pour oil on skillet and heated (medium heat) until oil is hot. pour 1.5 table spoons of the mix into the hot oil. Cook on each side until pancakes are dark brown (not burned). Serve it with apples sauce.
My suggestion. Into the mix add finelly ground ham (better if smoked) and parmesan cheese. Serve with pork chops or eggs.

My favorates. We use to consider them as poor man's dinner. When I serve it with my guinness stew it is a most sublime meal. Poor...........I hope so! lol!
