I say no. He destroyed a lot of lives to keep up his secret, there is no way he will be remembered in anything other then a negative light.

Have you noticed ... even though he has been stripped of those wins the number 2 finishers have not been credited with the wins?
Could it be because everyone else is guilty of the same offenses?

Maybe, but the amount of damage Armstrong did to anyone who came out against him is pretty horrific.
