England afraid to fly its own flag
Following threats by extremist Islamic group, several corporations, chain of pubs ban England flag

Following warnings by extremist Islamic group al-Muhajiroun, in which the group said that the red cross in the England flag symbolizes the 'blood thirsty crusaders' and the occupation of Muslims, some of the largest companies in England have ordered their workers not to wave the flags.


The flag has recently appeared in England on everything from bikinis to cars, and sold in endless versions in stores.


But the Islamic protest forced some corporations, such as cable companies NTL, and even the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Agency to ban the flag in every form due to fears from reactions of Muslims.


The Sun tabloid newspaper has in recent days launched a campaign to bring back the flag, and has published a blacklist of companies preventing their workers from expressing their patriotism at work.


The Sun said that a large pub network has banned drinkers from entering with symbols of the national team.


The hero of the day is a two year-old toddler, who was thrown out with his parents from Leicester, because he wore the England team's uniform.

Same thing can be said about muslim flags and crusades. Should we forget besiege of Vienna, Cernoje Pole, Spain, etc. Either we are pround to fly the flag or we just ceased to exist.

That's something I figured out a long time ago as well. The only real nut I give any attention to now is Tankey. The only reason I even do that is I'm interested how she's going to try and twist her lie even further rather than admit failure.

If you answer Tankey, it is like answering to everyone of the clowns. They posts identical articles. It is absolutely amazing what they write. That should be compiled into toilet literature (library time).

Persian posted a letter he sez he got in response to a quirey he send one of the companies mentioned in the article. The letter/email(?) claims the company never banned expressions of patriotism. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is another example of how bancrupt the MSM is when it comes to accurate reporting.

When you look at all newsmedia reports, you know that they don't represent accurate picture. Newsmedia creates their own stories to raise their ratings. It does not matter if its a truth or lie as longest it sells.

Persian is the same dope who claimed Iranian leaders didn't propose a law to "mark" Christians in Iran.

He turned out to be wrong on this. He even fled when I posted an article which debunked his idiotic claims.

I take anything from that nut with a grain of salt.

He fought for the Ayatollah Khomeini in the 1980's. Enough said.

I thought that story got debunked. I may not always agree with Persian but he stikes me as being fairly reasonable. From what I know of Iranians, those that call themselves Persians are usually the ones that fled from the mullahs and oppose their rule. As for his time in the war, he, like many others was defending his country more than fighting for Khomeini. One thing I have noticed is his reluctance to discuss Iranian politics which may be due to fear for his family still there...or not.

Persian claims to be on vacation in Australia. Now tell me how many Iranians are able to travel outside their country. Persian must be connected to someone. Same goes with internet. Iranian intel is monitoring for sure. They are not dum.

Someone asked him about this. He said the internet is free in Iran. Everybody has privacy. I laughed when he wrote that.

He said he was in Australia for 8 months working on a project. I wouldn't be surprised if he works for the Iranian government.
