***** Hi Merceditas - Very happy finally to meet you! Yes, lepi sounded like a woman to me too. She even had a following of male posters who sang her praises until the end. They couldn't all be playing for the other team. I was thinking too of supposedly male posters who might be hormonally overwrought women in reality. And no, I am not tarring my gender as such, generally. Am taking that impression from their constant tendency to sound shrill and shrieky with posts ringing with words spelled in big capital letters. Treeman, SplitInfinity and Anu sounding the most menopausal, in my opinion.  Arethusa lol! Too many Drama Queens trying too hard to sound intelligent. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet at thc, so I have much catching up to do. ***** Going back to your previous post, like a lot of people lacking social sophistication and empathy, lepi was inclined to presume a lot.  I think these others were never able to outgrow their precocious adolescent stage when immature, untested and vapid pronouncements were greeted with "wow, you're a really smart kid!" Am looking forward to swapping some recipes - if I remember right from the old boards, you love to cook - and please forgive me if that memory is wrong. And I do too - the gourmet foods forum looks like it could use a desserts' thread and I'm gathering my best recipes together to post them in there. Enjoy your weekend! Arethusa  |

And how do ye not love Red-haired Mary? Thanks for keeping the Irish tunes coming, Grizz! Come Back to Erin is a beautiful song and Red Haired Mary is fun. Was born a redhead who turned to auburn - still mostly auburn but streaking with silver as time marches on. I know you've posted "Wild Rover" - "The Irish Rover" is a great song too - if you find it, it would be a great addition to this foin collection of Oirish music you've been creating here. Lepi/Tankey just enjoyed watching herself type... I did enjoy the discussions I had with her. I wish I had saved some of our military conversations... priceless stuff, that!
