www.comcast.net/news/index.jsp?cat=GENERAL&fn=/2006/05/03/383702.htmlNow this puke motherfucker who part of in the conspiracy that killed nearly three thousand Americans, then mocked the families of the survivors, will be supported for the rest of his life by you and me and the rest of the taxpayers in this sissified society. We'll pay for his food, his clothing, his medical care, his toiletries, his continuing education, and his religious needs. Why? Because a jury of weak-kneed, bleeding-heart, soft-brained, spineless morons FELT that he had a bad father, a dysfunctional family, (maybe even a troubled experience with potty training) and suffered racism for being Moroccan and for living in a homeless shelter. When it was all said and done, he laughed at the spineless pukes of the jury, the law, and by extension at every one of us. If being a part of a terrorist conspiracy that kills thousands doesn't warrant execution, somebody please tell me what does? In one generation we've become as weak as old Europe, with few exceptions, a nation of candyasses I could fucking spit nails!

I agree. He should have been put to death.
One wonders what was going through the minds of these jurors while they were in the jury room. I mean the trial was very emotional, but it didn't have much of an effect on some of the jurors, I guess.

A nation, Mario, we're in a world of shit.
We've become far too feminized to survive. He sees it.
THAT'S what he means by "I win!"

My only hope is that his fellow inmates take care of the situation.

You don't have to tell me that.
Being on a college campus 4 days a week, I can tell you things are only getting worse.

My only hope is that his fellow inmates take care of the situation. He won't have any interaction with other prisoners Sarge, for the forseeable future anyway. His will be a life of isolation. His life will consist of 23 hours per day in a 7X12 foot cell, bunk, toilet, timer controlled shower (some prisons), meals slid through a slot in the door, no window. In most "supermax" prisons the prisoners are under observation by closed circuit TV 24/7, no privacy. Contacts with the outside world are highly restricted, even visits with lawyers or family are closely supervised with no physical contact permitted. The 1 hour per day spent outside the cell is for exercise in a small 1 man "exercise yard" usually enclosed. Anytime he is removed from his cell, prior to movement he is shackled with handcuffs, leg irons and cuffs attached to a chain around his waist. In most "supermax" prisons anytime he is removed from or placed back in his cell he is subjected to a strip search, so the trip to the exercise yard results in two humiliating strip searches. He will eventually die, probably as a dried up little old man after 30 or 40 years of this kind of life, forgotten by nearly everyone. Not as satisfying as executing this bastard, but "life" with no hope of release or parole, living like a caged animal will not be at all enjoyable.

Until then, he lives on at our expense.
This is justice?

He will be forgotten until a couple years pass and the news is slow and golly, they decide to go interview this fuck and broadcast his 'hate America' rants for the shock value.

He is a waste of skin. Why keep him around ? To satisfy the "feel-gooders" in this country.
As for the forgetting... Hell, they will probably make a movie about the SOB.

Hehe....I guess I'll keep my anti-death penalty comments to myself The American taxpayer will fork over $100 a day to keep that fuck alive. He's not a particularly old guy. It could cost us nearly $1,500,000 to support his bitch ass for the remainder of his miserable life. "Kill him?" You bet! I'd do it myself if they'd let me. But then again, I still take the oath I took to support and defend this country seriously. I have no idea why Bush made this a "criminal Justice" issue. As far as I'm concerned, the guy is a "spy." It isn't a death penalty (Criminal justice) issue. He should be shot as a fucking spy and I would gladly do it myself. We could make a video of it and send it to Al Jazeera. In the opening scene I am seen slaughtering a pig. I cut the beast open and smear this fuck with the innards and blood. In the next scene I load my 40 cal Glock with rounds smeared in the pig's blood. Old Zacharias is seen cowering and crying at what he knows will be the end of any chance for his virgins. After I empty my 15-round magazine into old Zach's knees, elbows, shoulders and finally heart, I take the carcass of the pig and force it over Zach's head and face. Let Al Jazeera air that and show the new attitude we have toward terrorists.

I'm not saying I agree with the juries decision 101, frankly I'd like to see him fry. But this is the system we have and we were sworn to "protect and defend," we're stuck with it. I'm more concerned that the French are trying to work a deal where he would be transferred to one of their prisons. I don't think this will go anywhere under the current administration, but if some soft headed Liberal gets into the White House and decides to placate our "European friends"...

Bounce - you always lecture me on taking my Oath seriously. Well how about the UCMJ, should I take that seriously?
What you just advocated would surely result in your courts-martial.
